At Children’s Express Inc., we value nature as a powerful, everyday teacher. We encourage learning outdoors beyond the classroom to help children grow holistically. Families from Cresson, Loretto, Lilly, Hollidaysburg, and surrounding areas trust us to provide engaging educational experiences. We take students outside daily to explore the beautiful natural world.
Exploring Nature Daily
Fresh air and bright sunshine energize young minds instantly. Teachers design dynamic activities that turn the playground into an exciting scientific laboratory. Curious children examine leaves, track interesting bugs, and observe changing weather patterns firsthand. These outdoor adventures spark genuine, lifelong curiosity about the surrounding environment.
Developing Gross Motor Skills
Vigorous physical activity builds incredibly strong bodies and confident learners. Energetic kids run freely, jump enthusiastically, and climb safely during their daily playground time. They rapidly develop essential physical coordination and proper balance while learning outdoors beyond the classroom. Every active movement directly strengthens their growing muscles.
Fostering Social Connections
Wide open spaces encourage cooperative teamwork and shared, vibrant imagination. We warmly welcome happy children from Cresson, Loretto, Lilly, Hollidaysburg, and surrounding areas to play together outside safely. They joyfully invent new games, share exciting natural discoveries, and practice vital communication skills. Beautiful nature provides the absolute perfect setting for making lasting friends.
Inspiring Creative Thinking
Beautiful natural environments naturally stimulate incredible, boundless creativity. Eager students use simple twigs, smooth stones, and wet mud to build completely unique structures. Our highly dedicated staff actively guides these wonderful sensory experiences very carefully. Supervised outdoor play allows imaginative children to express themselves completely freely and wonderfully boldly.
